Finding The Artist's Eyes

Excerpt:
The last thing I remember seeing before I blacked out was myself. A red line, oozing blood, went diagonally across my face from the top of my left eyebrow to my lower right jaw line where the wind shield shattered. The thing that really stood out though, were my slate blue eyes. Reflected in them was the pain and fear I wasn't feeling.
